From our hearts we invite you to a special Mix of Breathwork and Yoga: Laughter Yoga!
We have food artist, breathwork instructor, laughter yoga teacher and my nutritional psychology collegue Anna Stelmach from Cyprus as a guest teacher to guide us in her natural charming way through one hour of releasing and fun soul- & bodywork.
No previous knowledge required! Just join us in comfortable clothes on Saturday 19th of August at 10am in Quinta Cheia, Canada dos Amarelos 38.
Also inclusive: A healthy organic vegan snack after the session and some time to hang out and chat with us.
Your energy exchange contribution: 10€ for the Community (Azorian residents & our „spiritual family“), 14€ for visitors („Azores lovers and supporters“)
